What Causes Severe Dryness Of The Penile Skin And Chafing?

Question: i have some problem on my foreskin. I have uploaded images of the same. Only while penis is erect the foreskin looks like its fully dried and like layered. I don't have any itching, burning or pain. While penis is not erect, i won't notice any problem in the foreskin. This problem exists since 3 weeks. What problem is this? Anything serious? Please advice.

1. Yes, i feel little tightness when the penis is erect.
2. Yes because of this problem i feel mild pain and burning sensation during intercource.

This skin problem has occured recently. Please advise.

Hi.

Thanks for the pictures. I could see that there is severe dryness(Xerosis) of the penile skin and chafing.

I would suggest that you apply a moisturiser mixed with a mild steroid (e,g Cortisone cream), twice daily for a few days. That should make it fine.
