Brief Answer:
Fatigue syndome or changes in blood parameters can be the possibilities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to post viral fever fatigue syndrome or changes in blood parameters.
It is better to run routine blood and urine test to rule out anaemia or low platelet count or any signs of persistent infection.
Taking vitamin C supplements is good. I would recommend the ones like Citravite chewable tablets. Take plenty of warm fluids. You can take soups , tea with lemon and honey etc.

Do you have any cough or respiratory symptoms or nose blockade?
Do you have any abdominal pain or discomfort?
Any painful urination?

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
