Brief Answer:
Hypoglycemia suspected:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The symptoms you reported are suggestive for low blood sugar (reactive hypoglycemia),
It should be confirmed by checking the blood glucose at that moment. If it is under 70 mg/dl, hypoglycemia is confirmed.
Reactive hypoglycemia, or postprandial hypoglycemia, is a medical term describing recurrent episodes of symptomatic hypoglycemia occurring within 4 hours after a high carbohydrate meal in people who do not have diabetes.
Low-carbohydrate diet and/or frequent small split meals is the first treatment of this condition.
-Avoiding or limiting sugar intake
-Exercising regularly; exercise increases sugar uptake which decreases excessive insulin release
-Eating a variety of foods, including meat, poultry, fish, or nonmeat sources of protein, foods such as whole-grains, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products;
-Choosing high-fiber foods.
If the symptoms persist i would recommend to see a physician in person to try to find another cause (anemia, low thyroid function ect.)
Hope the information will help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
If the menstrual flux is high, it may cause anemia and worsen the symptoms during the menstrual cycle, but i do suggest to check the above mentioned tests to say it properly.
