What Causes Severe Fatigue And Sore Breasts Post An Abortion?

Question: Hello, my question is about symptoms after a miscarriage. On XXXXXXX 24th I had went to the hospital for cramping and bleeding. At this point my hcg level was at 90 (barely pregnant) On XXXXXXX 29th I attended a doctors appointment only to find out my hcg level had gone down to 16 and was having a miscarriage. My cycle has always been on time and regular every 27 days. I am currently 13 days late (today is feb 18) and still feeling bloated with some slight symptoms such as fatigue and sore breast as if I were going to start. My late husband and I tried to get pregnant for 8 years with no success. I am now in a new relationship and since I've never gone through this I'm confused. Thank you for your time I greatly appreciate it.

Thank you, the first day of my last menstrual cycle was January 9th. It was regular. On January 29th I had an obgyn appointment and found out my hcg level was 16 and was having a Miscarriage. I have since right after had unprotected intercourse regularly. I was expected to start my menstrual cycle this month on Feb 5th. I am currently on no medications or treatments the only thing I do take daily still are prenatals. I am just unsure if this is common after an early miscarriage?
