Few months but lately its getting worse and don't like the way I feel as normal I'm an out going person and now I don't want to see or speak to anybody just want to be left alone..
No pain when urinating..
Work stress doesn't matter what I do feels wrong even though I give it 100%..
Sadness and crying started a week or so ago and I just seem to start crying for no reason, constantly tired not sleeping very well worrying about things, very little appetite, worrying about my parents passing away and what I'm going to do without them, concentration and memory very bad..
Do believe that that things would be better without me..

you need evaluation by a psychiatrist
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for information.
Your history suggests possibility of depression. It may be biological depression without any specific stress.
Proper physical examination, routine blood investigations, serum thyroid level and serum vitamin B12 level should be done to rule out any physical cause. After establishing diagnosis from history, and mental status examination treatment can be done. Depression is treatable condition.
For all these you need to consult psychiatrist. No OTC drug can help.
For a while to improve health you need to maintain healthy lifestyle. This includes regular daily exercise (walking or running), hygienic food habits (no junk food, no fatty food, preferably only home-made food with law salt and fat with more fruits and vegetables) and timely scheduled sleep. Yoga- meditation can also help.
Feel free to discuss further.
