What Causes Severe Fatigue, Running Nose And Sleeplessness While On Dolo 650 And Sinarest?
Question: Hi,
The symptoms I have include:
Irregular bowel movements
General tiredness / fatigue
Feverish feeling - alternating between feeling chilly and feeling stuffy.
Constant running nose
Irritable throat - periodic coughing
Lack of sleep - regularly waking up every 2-3 hours.
I've tried taken Dolo 650 and Sinarest after meals for 2 days, but it's been of no use. Please suggest what I should do.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from seasonal viral infection also called as flu. Normally it lasts from 3-5 days and treatment basically is symptomatic only.
For bodyache or fever you can take plain paracetamol which can be taken every 6 hourly.
Take steam inhalation twice a day and can add an antihistamine like FEXOFENADINE 180 mg once a day for 4-5 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid cold drinks and take hot liquids like soup,coffee etc.
Nothing to worry as you should be all right in next 3-4 days.
Consult a doctor if your symptoms worsen or don't improve in next 4 days.
