Brief Answer:
hypothyroid symptoms with near normal blood levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all it is sad to know about the issues you have been facing lately. The teat results you have shared suggest that near normal TSH levels with significantly below normal T3 and free T3 levels indicating either failed or decreased conversion of T4 to T3 or failure of conversion of protein bound T3 to free form, which is the actual available form for the body to utilise.

But in any case, the treatment you are using is based on the fact that thyroid hormone is being replaced from outside, which is otherwise under produced or not properly available for usage.

The normalisation of these values may take some time and what you need to do basically is to repeat these levels after 2-3 months and to compare with this result that whether the values are on improving trend or not. If yes then, same dosages may be continued or else dose will be needed to be increased depending upon the trend.

The symptoms like cold intolerability and fatigue may be first to resolve or show improvement to, than cessation of weight gain, tinnitus and others. But all in all, you will have some symptomatic relief once near normal levels are achieved, which is a gradual process.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
