What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Mirabegron?
Question: I am taking Mirabegron for bladder control. I have recently been increased from 25mg to 50mg, while the Urology Consultant performs a Cystocscopy on me Since the increase in medication, I have been feeling quite sick a couple of hours after taking it every day. Is this normal. Should I be going back to the surgery at the very least and making my doctor aware of this symptom? Is it anything to worry about?

Thanks for query .You have been taking Mirabegron for Over Active Bladder syndrome and has recentlincreased dose fron 25 mg to 50 mg daily and has feeling of tiredness .
Merabegron is Beta Adrenergic antagonist and is known to have side effect of feeling of tiredness .
It takes 4-6 weeks to get adjusted to this drug and to observe the satisfactory results .
There is nothing to be worried about It will get resolved itself over a period of time .
