Brief Answer:
recheck medication...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Can you recheck the first medication. Is it tab NT cold NF?
NT cold NF also has a component to treat fever. If fever persist despite it, you can add crocin tablets thrice a day for couple of days.

The current symptoms should settle down in a few days. I would perhaps also add a cough syrup like Syp Ascoril thrice a day for 5 days. You should also consider steam inhalation 3-5 times daily. In addition, you may also start a multivitamin cap a to z or tab zevit once a day.

Drink warm fluids. Keep yourself warm and hydrated. Fresh fruits will also benefit you.

I hope this helps you in faster recovery. You are free to ask me if you need clarifications.
