I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You may use a topical hair tincture e.g Folica medicinal hair tincture ( Benzyl nicotinate and vitamin K). It is a hair growth stimulant. You may apply it directly on to scalp skin, once daily at night with the help of a dropper.
In addition you may also take one of many oral biotin supplements e.g either Revilus tablet, Keraglo XXXXXXX tablet Or H-Vit Forte tablet. Take one tablet daily.
As far as pain is concerned it may be associated with hair fall in many patients (known as trichodynia). Addressing hair fall usually takes care of associated pain. There is no specific treatment for pain associated with hair fall.
Avoid using any hair oil, oil massage etc and rather use a gentle conditioner for hair. Avoid using hair dryer or chemical treatment procedures like straigtening
