Brief Answer:
Anxiety/Thyroid function tests/Clonazepam
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing details.
In background of the clinical details, you have provided, the likely differentials for the cause of these tremors can be-
1)Anxiety related
2)Thyroid abnormalities
3)Essential tremors
At this point of time,I would suggest to get a 'Thyroid function tests' study done for her,to look for anything abnormal,if so.
Further,I would suggest that she should be put on a trial of clonazepam and propranolol.I am hopeful that these medicines will improve her symptoms.THESE MEDICINES SHOULD BE TAKEN UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PHYSICIAN ONLY.
Besides, she should also start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation. This lifestyle adaptation is likely to be beneficial.
If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
