What Causes Severe Head Pressure, Lack Of Focus And Lethargy?

Question: I had gastric sleeve surgery 2 years ago. I have addison's disease and B12 deficiency. I have been experiencing major head pressure and lethargy. This pressure is almost constant. I cannot focus on work and feel like I am in slow motion when this happens. Any idea what it could be?

It is a headache of varying intensity, often accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraines can follow an aura of sensory disturbances followed by a severe headache that often appears on one side of the head. Some people who experience migraines can clearly identify triggers or factors that cause the headaches, such as allergies, light, and stress. Initially, it was thought that the blood vessels on the surface of your brain dilate, and with each heartbeat, the blood surging through throws the dilated blood vessel wall up against your skull, resulting in that throbbing pounding pain you are so familiar with. And migraines were termed “vascular headaches.
