Question : What causes a blinding headache upon orgasm?

I am an old RN and know that this condition has a name and is caused, as is Migraine by vasoconstriction, but want to know name before we call specialist. ASA does not have much effect.

Sex headaches or sexual headaches in most cases may be primary ( i.e. without any underlying causes ), but in some cases may be connected to conditions such brain aneurysm, arteriovenous malformations, stroke, etc.
