other day i have been to ER and had chest and head scan and found good.

Anxiety and stress disorder to be considered too.

If the CT scan of the brain resulted okay, anxiety and stress disorder should also be considered.
However, a clinical examination by a Neurologist is still necessary in order to be sure that there's no neurological disorder that is causing such symptoms.
