What Causes Severe Headache, Neck Ache And Squishing Sounds In Head?
Question: I am suffering from severe headaches, neck ache, now I hear a swishing sound at the rate of a heart beat in my head. It's scaring me.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Migraine has multiple variants. Ear involving symptoms like squishing sounds, dizziness and nausea are one of them. I believe at age of 50 you don't need any more birth control pill So consider stopping that.
Also treat this as migraine variant and see if it helps. Acetaminophen, antivert and zolmitriptan or frovatriptan stat dosage should help. if the issue persists get evaluated for local otorhinolaryngological causes like tinntius etc.
