Question: 3 weeks ago I had a severe tension headache that also turned into a migraine ( I do happen to suffer frequently from headaches and back pain and see a chiropractor sometimes several days a week for relief of pain) (loss of feeling to pee as well pain in my legs and stiffness when getting up) occurred less than a year ago btw)as well as lower back pain that has gone up to nearly 9 after 5 visits to an immediate care as well as 2 visits to the ER and then a 6th visit to immediate care I finally got the pain down from an 8.5 to 6.5 (9 to me is giving birth without drugs) I have Mirs scheduled this week 2_one of my head and of my c spine. my other symptoms-loss of feeling when I pee, alternating continuously between constipation and diarrhea, numbness and tingling in my hands and toes,cramping and weakness in my legs, blurred vision at night. After 2 weeks of steroids as well as numerous injections of compazin, torodal, dextrosomething etc. I am now on tramadol, indomethacin and 25 mg of tramadol to help me sleep(was previously on tramadol but stopped when I was given muscle relaxers-amrix and valium, I see a chiropractor and it helps greatly I had an xray done of my lower back and doc said it looked great that my bones and discs were that of a young person, I am 38. I was told to walk 3-4 blocks slowly several times a day and to do heat and ice therapy I have severe nausea but I use peppermint and ginger( digestion doterra oil) every 2 to 3 hours. I limited my working hours to 30 a week at work at home as my job is highly stressful and causes me anxiety besides what I am doing do u have suggestions of what I should do and not do until my September 20 appointment as I am currently between doctors as previous doctor treated symptoms and not me as a whole? I have a new patient appointment September 20 and my Mris are September 15 sorry so long winded also I still have a slight tension headache in upper base of my neck but is mild

I have developed a cough over the last week. Yesterday started experiencing intense pain in and above my eyes I've had serious sinus infections in the past it is like torture laying flat and bending over causes a throbbing pain. Because of my other issues is an immediate care sufficient! Anov at night I said 25 mg tramadol it's actually traxadone

I went to immediate care they did 5 to 6 xrays of my sinuses. I have a severe infection on top of all my other issues. Basically below and above my left eye is very cloudy with only a very small clear spot above my lefteye. They prescribed me antibiotic and told me to take 4 hour pseudoephedrine twice a day along with doing my netipot. So hopefully my last question is: considering all my issues, if my condition does not get better or if something different occurs should I then go to the ER? Again as a recap: I have 2 MRIs scheduled for Sept. 15 and I see a Dr. On Sept. 20. Who will review all my issues and MRI at which point I'm going to ask him to schedule me with either of the 2 best neurologists in this city.
