A neurological examination/MRI Brain with contrast/CSF study.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr. Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.
I have gone through your detailed medical history.Though you are a known case of Multiple sclerosis, headache is not a classical symptom of this illness.
In the view of a background of lung nodules, with symptoms of headache and impairment of coordination, I would suggest you to get a thorough physical examination done by a neurologist. You may need to undergo a Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of Brain with contrast. Further, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis may also be needed, to rule out infection as ESR is also raised, which is further supportive of an infection in presence of the headache-incoordination syndrome you are having.
An eye specialist's opinion based on funduscopic examination is also mandatory here.
Please upload your Biopsy report,so that I can make a better impression.
Since we cannot directly give you a prescription over the internet, I would like to help you by politely requesting you to visit a local physician and he or she would probably give you Amitryptyline 10 mg and Methylcobalamine 1500 mcg , which would help a lot. I'd advise you to take these drugs UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.Your rating will be of help to me.
