Question: I have on both forearms a burning & itching sensation. There is nothing noticeable but the itch is so bad I scratch until I bleed.

Thank you for asking to HCM.

If I were your physician,would have advised ultrasound whole abdomen) and see for blocked or stones in the GIT or KUB region.

Symptoms correlate to pathology involving GIT..for symptomatic relief you can apply OTC caladryl lotion twice a day..Avoid contact with any irritants including the food that induce

If itch or skin changes I.e rash blister or pustule formation,seek immediate medical care..

Allegra ointment application or oral antihistamine drug therapy can also be initiated under your family physician's supervision.

Get RFT done and also if feasible AST,ALT
