I have a problem of itching too much between thighs and testis ..and also at the back .dat makes uncomfortable too much .......it has become now red and black spots ...i can see the spots also little Hv come out of natural skin ...where itching feeling is too much
Dis happens quite often ...dnt knw y
Please prescribed me medicines and soap sir for the same

What you are describing is about ring worm infection also called Tinea corporis. This is a fungal infection. This is mainly because of poor hygiene in the area or all over the body. Fungus grows well in wet areas as that area is wet because of sweat it chose that area to grow. You should use CLOTRIMAZOLE dusting powder there three times a day for one month after washing with NUFORCE / CANDID soap for two months.
Remove undergarments while you sleep at night. Keep the area clean and dry. Once the infection is gone you can use BETNOVATE cream thinly applied it will take care of the black spots.
