Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to fungal skin infection tinea versicolor. For such condition in my patients I treat with ketoconazole lotion for local application and fluconazole weekly once for one month to stop recurrence.

There are also over the counter lotions which contains miconazole or clotrimazole or terbinafine which is helpful also.Even ketoconazole soap or powder also available over the counter.

Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
