Brief Answer:
Seems to be candidiasis, apply antifungal cream & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and it seems to be candidiasis which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
Are you diabetic?
Have you taken any long term antibiotics or any other medicines?
Are you sexually active? If yes is your partner having history of vaginal discharge?
The medicines you are using contain steroid and that's why they cause only temporary improvement.
Steroids will not let the infection cure.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply only antifungal cream like sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for 2-3 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet

Hi Mam,

Thanks for your quick reply.

First of all, i did not visit a doctor as yet as i am applying Tigboderm, Candiderma cream those are giving temporarily relief from this problem.

No, i am not diabetic at the moment.

I did not take any antibiotics or any other medicines in this concern.

I am not so sexually active but i remember this problem started once i had sex with my wife 40 days ago. She suffered chikengunia fever in last October and later feels weakness/ joint pains so had injections etc to recover from it under doctor prescription which affected delayed periods later then again she taken medicine to get proper periods. She told me that she was feeling itching inside her vagina but after having sex it has gone..My wife has never complain of itching problem after having periods.

At the moment i am feeling only itching, redness / red spots under skin of penis forehead but when i am applying tigboderm cream then feels cure temporarily. The other problems like upper skin cracks of penis has gone by now.

Kindly confirm should i start using antifungal cream like sertaconazole cream & tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for 2-3 weeks as advised.

I would appreciate if you could recommend two or three antifungal creams name & tablet name as well so i can get anyone available at medical store in my city.

Thanks, XXXXXXX

According to your complaints it seems to be fungal infection.
Avoid tigboderm cream and candiderma cream in future.
Various brands of sertaconazole cream available in the market are sertacide cream, onabet cream, episert cream.
Various brands of levocetrizine are tablet levosiz, teczine, xyzal, 1 Al.
