Brief Answer:
Either wart or Seborrhoeic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and there are few possibilities:
It can be either a wart which is a viral infection or a plaque of Seborrhoeic dermatitis which is a chronic dermatoses.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a lotion containing combination of Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks along with antihistaminic like tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg at bedtime (please get the appropriate prescription from your local physician).

If it shows improvement in 2 weeks time then the possibility of Seborrhoeic dermatitis is high.
If it doesn't show much response then consult a dermatologist and get it removed by electrocautery.

It is a minor OPD procedure which requires 20-30 minutes.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
