What Causes Severe Itching On The Testicles?

Question: My testicals sack is itching a lot.please ler me know what to do to get rid of this problem. I try to keep that area as dry as possible.

According to your complaints itching could be due to lichen simplex chronicus which is a chronic eczema or intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
I would like to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of itching?
Is it associated with any rash?
If yes kindly upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Are you having any other ailments or taking any medicines?

Itching occurs mostly during night and aslo some rime during the day
I do not have any rashes. I have attached a picture. I am not taking any other medication

Looks like lichen simplex chronicus, topical steroid & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like lichen simplex chronicus.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet hydroxyzine 10 mg twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
