Brief Answer:
You may continue with cetaphil and pemecrolimus

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

Most common cause of red patches in face, around genitals and thigh in this age is due to atopic dermatitis.Skin lesions are better diagnosed by direct examination and as diagnosed by your doctor as a case of atopic dermatitis treatment will be needed accordingly.
Cetaphil cream is a moisturising agent and it keeps the skin smooth, well hydrated and decreases itching.
Pemecrolimus is a newer agent for treatment of atopic dermatitis and is preferred over previously used corticosteroid because of its better result and lesser side effect.
After treatment improvement may be seen within 7-10 days and lesions may subsided completely within 4-5 weeks.
So I would suggest you to continue the treatment as advised by your doctor.

I hope this helps.
