Brief Answer:
Stress fracture present.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached images. The MRI scan shows a stress fracture of tibia. This needs a cast and an absolute rest for proper healing. Do not play football. You can walk only on cast or in air boots. Absolute rest will help in healing. The rest is needed at least for 4-6 weeks for proper healing.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

thank you doctor for the prompt reply.
i am able to walk normally actually without pain.
Any recommendation for supplements to take to speed up the healing?
btw i only play football for fun once every week for an hour, that's why i was surprised of this fracture.

Brief Answer:
Calcium supplements will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Regular calcium and vitamin D3 supplements will help in an early healing. But rest is necessary to avoid further stress in the area for healing.
Regular stress and weak bones can cause such a problem.
