Been having pain for about 2 months, pain is very sharp, no tingling in feet or legs and no diabetes or other medical issues. The stenosis is in the lower lumbar area.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
It can be due to nerve compression

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After reading your case I believe that your are having pain due to nerve compression in the spine. This nerve is causing pain in the groin. In my patients with such complain I usually recommends Pregabalin M tablet which contain neural vitamins and it helps in relieving pain of nerve compression.
I would also suggest you to avoid wearing any tight clothing, as some time nerve at groin can be compressed by belt or tight clothing.
Let me know if you want to ask any other question. Thanks.
