Brief Answer:
several points.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

We are an information service. We can certainly give information. We do not prescribe and especially not narcotics.

Several features. Morphine generally doesn't interact with asthma much. Some people get allergic reactions to it. A much larger number get itching but this is not the same as an allergic reaction and is not likely to interact with the lungs. Simple anti-histamines can help on it.

Wine, however, does have an interaction with narcotics and heavy amounts of both together are often fatal. Bad. Wine and narcotics have an interaction with not eating. They often make someone eat less food. Furthermore, serious vitamin deficiencies can occur if there is no food eaten and calories only come from wine. It isn't that rare. It is ENTIRELY fixable with ANY one a day vitamin, especially cheap store brand one a day vitamins.

Ok, Pain issues. These are going to require going to a doctor. And the characteristics of the pain are helpful in determining what is going on and how to fix it. First, the location of internal or external, muscle or joint can be determined by what movements and what positions and what poking produces the pain. The type of pain with shooting or burning or electrical implying a nerve as the cause of pain. These are a key point because nerve pain can be helped tremendously by very safe and generally not very expensive nerve pills. Joint and muscle pain can be helped by anti-inflammatories.
