Brief Answer:
Lumbar spondylitis / slipped disc

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.

Low back pain which increases with walking can occur due to lumbar spondylitis or slipped disc. This causes muscular spasm in the lumbar spine area.

Having a stomach gas and distress problem simultaneously can aggravate the back pain due to stretching effect over the spinal nerves.

For back pain i recommend you to take analgesics like ibuprofen, tramadol or etodolac with local gel application and hot fomentation. You can also combine skeletal muscle relaxant tablets like chlorzoxazone or thiocolchicoside for immediate relief from spasm.

Use lumbosacral corset around the back region during ambulating.

Do back strengthening exercises.

Avoid bending forward or lifting anything heavy.

If the above measures do not help, get a Xray / MRI done and consult a orthopedist .

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.

Kind regards.
