Brief Answer:
main interaction is drowsiness, and this is your desired effect

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Perocet is a combination of oxycodone and acetaminophen.

The main interaction between perocet and ativan would be increased sedation, this is the reason that they may be separated though there is also a minor interaction between ativan and the acetaminophen as well.

Since you want to go to sleep, the possibility of interaction and subsequent drowsiness is fine, you want to get drowsy so that you can get some rest. This means that you can use now if you wish.

The interaction between the ativan and acetminophen is minor. Ativan increases the breakdown of acetaminophen therefore causing a slight decrease in its levels.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
