Brief Answer:
Muscle pain may be due to the thyroid disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the query at HealthcareMagic

I have gone through your history and understand your concern.

The muscle pain you are experiencing is due to the increased thyroid levels (possibly due to hashimotos) as mentioned in your history.

The pain will subside once the hashimoto's is under control and thyroid hormone level starts going down.

In case of hashimotos, the thyroid hormone may go down to hypothyroid levels and you may need thyroid hormone replacement.

The proper management of thyroid condition will help relieve the pain. I recommend that you follow up with your doctor for proper management.

Mean while you can take Tylenol (if not allergic) for pain. It's good that your not taking any refined sugar, staying away from sugars in diet also will help.

Hope I answered your query.
Please feel free to address any more concerns,
Wish you good health.
Regards
