Brief Answer:
The underlying cause needs to be evaluated.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone very carefully through your query. As such, it is ok to all these medicines one after the other. However, if you are not getting relief, I would insist you to ask your doctor to get an X Ray of Lumbosacral spine done. It will help in ascertaining whether spinal traction or neurosurgery as essential. You can also ask your doctor to prescribe prescription muscle relaxants for you.
Apart from that, I would insist you to apply hot compress.
Hopefully that should help.
Let me know if I could help further.
