Brief Answer:
easy, quite a lot

Detailed Answer:
First, there is the question of whether it is a positive (side effect from vivitrol) or a negative (side effect from WITHDRAWAL FROM ALCOHOL WHICH CAN LEAD TO FATAL SEIZURES). but the alcohol withdrawal will feel like previous alcohol withdrawals. It is both UNLIKELY to JUST BE NAUSEA and usually has quite a lot leading up to the seizures and is likely to give seizures if you've had them before, but otherwise not so common.
So. if from vivitrol, first, pepto bismal, a small amount of soft food or better, flat ginger ale, quiet dark room, rest, enjoyable hobby activities not involving cheering, jumping and of course, not alcohol.
If small measures do not work, then zofran is an option. There are other nausea medicines, they are more complicated.

If alcohol withdrawal, start with the "pepto bismal, a small amount of soft food or better, flat ginger ale, quiet dark room, rest, enjoyable hobby activities not involving cheering, jumping and of course, not alcohol." but then any sort of damper of the brain will help. There are a lot of non-habit forming drugs for this. Gabapentin is one of the relatively newer and more established ones. Dilantin could also work. Habit forming drugs with effects overlapping with alcohol USED to be the main treatment used, but they have their obvious problems and they are being abandoned.
But, if it's alcohol withdrawal, one has to be evaluated by A doctor IN PERSON IMMEDIATELY.
