Brief Answer:
You need to get that injury reviewed as it appears to have reverted back

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if your old issue of vertebral injury has come back, as the sensory level around waste line along both sides of belly button, is supplied by spinal nerve which originates from T10. You can discuss with neurosurgeon for any need to have it reviewed with a repeat MRI if metal appendages haven't been used and is safe for you, to locate any site of compression on the nerves. If any lesion is found, a repeat surgery or disc reduction surgery to remove pressure off nerve can lead to a prompt recovery. Meanwhile keep using analgesics like acetaminophen alongwith gaba pentins, carbamezapines or fluoxetine after discuss with the neurologist for pain management orginating from the nerves. Also discuss any possibility of using opioid analgesics like tramadol or oxycodone.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.
