What Causes Severe Pain After Removing Benign Bone Tumor In Left Fibula Bone?

Question: Hello,
I had a benign bone tumour removed from my left fibula bone in 2002. I am now experiencing bone pain. Always worse at night and on using my leg. Frequent discomfort. Difficulty with movement.
I have had to start using a walking stick.
I find I usually 'run out of power' quickly.
I weigh 64KG.
I am afraid if I ask my doctor for a x-ray request, and nothing shows up, I will feel like an idiot.
I have had arthroscopies and a lateral patellar release in the years since the removal of the benign bone tumour.
