Brief Answer:
This happened due to stoppage of Tramadol most probably.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. Tylenol 3 is a combination of Acetaminophen and Codeine. Codeine is a potent opioid drug but in controlling pain effectiveness of Tramadol is more.

You have been taking Tramadol for long and the shifted to Codeine. This shift is the reason of jitteriness, hallucinations and seeing weird things. Prolonged use of Tramadol and then abrupt stoppage resulted in withdrawal with hallucinations. The fall you suffered was too because of that. Even few case reports too prove this.

If you have prescription then talk to your doctor and start taking Tramadol again. Doses can be reduced again in future.

Thanks. Take care
