Brief Answer:
Muscular aches most probably...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It would be difficult to isolate the precise cause of pain in your case, however based on your description it seems mostly due to muscular aches. You can try local pain relief measures such as hot compresses and topical pain agents such as relaxyl gel/spray on the affected areas.

You will need to see a doctor if the pain worsens or if you develop other symptoms such as fever, breathing difficulty, nausea or vomiting. In presence of more symptoms, other conditions need to be ruled out.

Hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
