What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen Radiating To Chest Area?

Reduced bowel habits sequelae, symptomatic treatment and workup
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in abdomen with radiation to chest resolving on lying down sudden in onset is likely a gastric discomfort like dyspepsia or a gastritis. With recent insufficient bowel movements make such discomforts more likely. You already are on buscopan. Adding some fiber to the diet ( 14 gram for thousand calories minimum ) and increasing fluids and taking some antispasmodics like phloroglucinols should be taken to see if it helps. Early morning after breakfast bowel movements using a breath holding exercise without straining and spending 5 to 10 minute son the toilet helps train the bowels.
To rule out other etiologies some baseline work up like abdominal ultrasound and blood work up should be done to rule out gallbladder or pancreas involvement.
Talk to your gastroenterologist and let them rule out other concerns .
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regarding the certificate I am afraid no doctor from health care magic can help due to the laws and usage policies. We just guide and counsel and educate. Cant prescribe or offer certificates. I hope you see that in the right perspective.
