Brief Answer:
Possible Acute Osteoarthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

As per your symptoms, the possibility of Acute Degenerative Osteoarthritis is very high.

It's advisable to get a x ray of both knees in anteroposterior and lateral views to identify the presence of joint destruction abd/or loose body formation.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Meanwhile a short course of anti-inflammatory analgesic medications will be helpful.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to improve your symptoms.

Post your further queries if any

Thank you
