Thanks for quick response!
1) Right now I don't have any problem in crossed leg sitting posture and not feeling any pain or difficulty while walking on stairs.
2) No I dont have any swelling but in top front of Knee some sort of inflammation (In Hindi Jalan type pain)not sure what you called in english but not much very little.
3) No I don't goto gym now but in last year I used to go gym for around 3-4 months, but I daily used to walk around 2-3 Km to catch my office bus. I am working with IT company so my job is more like sitting.
Just let me know if you want to know anything else about my past medical history.

Brief Answer:
it is synovitis with chondromalacia
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think it is synovitis with chondromalacia. In this condition there is softening of knee cartilage and it causes pain which goes in to calf. This is self limiting condition and with few precautions it will improve in three to four months.
I would suggest you following.
1.Stopped running and do gentle morning walk.
2.Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting and stairs.
3.Take Diacerin, calcium and vitamin D daily.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks

When we say cross leg it mean sitting on ground with folded leg ( In XXXXXXX language called aalthi paalthi). Please confirm while sitting on chair cross leg should also need to avoid.
Can I also take Hot formation with hot salt water or with hot water bag.
Problem of calf pain since I was 22-25 year old and consulted many time with doctor as per them its generic weaknees. When I take proper diet and vitamins there is not frequent pain.
I have noticed one more thing while I am having intercourse 2-3 days its start paining in calf.
