Question: Hi my upper back has straightened out i havrincreased sensation in limbs and legs are no longer symmetrical, also completely using both eyes equally to see where i used to use left more
Lots of small aches and pains in hands elbows shoulders and base of skull with new feeling of knees being weak sometimes

Alteration of the vertebral structure could lead to compression of the spinal nerves and that could alter the sensation in your limbs. That could also lead to the pains you mention.
I would encourage you to visit a doctor and to get clinically examined. Hot compress should provide some relief.
