Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis of both knees with flat feet/plantar fascitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It appears that you could be suffering from symptoms of Osteoarthritis of both the knees.

Avoid climbing stairs, kneeling , squatting, cross leg sitting. Apply hot packs to the painful regions intermittently. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals. Wear elastic knee cap on both the knees. If there is severe pain in the right knee, use a walking stick held in the left palm while walking.

Pain under the feet could be due to possible flat feet or with Plantar fascitis combined. Wear Micro cellular rubber slippers. Dip your feet in warm water with added salt 3 times a day for 15 minutes each session.

Do get xrays of your knees to look for the extent of Osteoarthritis and kindly upload for my review.

I hope I have answered your query
