What Causes Severe Pain In Left Ovary Every Month Before Menstruation?
Question: Hello doctor I had server pain in left ovary last one year every month my menstrual period after 19 day the pain get start the pain will be there 10 days it is unbearable pain I can't sleep also in night .please give any remedy I also taking infertility treatment

Since you are already taking fertility treatment ultrasound is done. Do you have any ovarian cyst or endometriosis?
Stress of infertility can also cause this. You may try analgesics like mefenemic acid or paracetamol. Mental relaxation is the key to relieve this.
If there is endometriosis you may try cabergolin.
