What Causes Severe Pain In Left Thigh That Gets Worse While Sitting?

Question: hello, I live in XXXXXXX and since 7 years struggling to find a doctor who can understand my pain and problem but to my understanding there aren't any good doctors who can diagnose the real problem and solve the issue. I have a severe pain on my left thigh and have constant pain 24/7 and gets worse if I sit for too long, I am partially convinced if its called Meralgia Parasthetica but unfortunately none of the doctors are able to diagnose my problem and I do not know who would be the right consultant. I have developed small nodules deep in my flesh when you touch it hurts with pain, so if any doctor think they can understand the issue then please let me know otherwise I gave up the idea of consulting anyone as I might have been to all the well known doctors in XXXXXXX and my case is reviewed by 40+ doctors by now
Brief Answer:
Would like to see the test report.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your problem .
Well looking into your problem I would request you to please send the test reports which have been done specially am interested in CPK , LDH , ALDOLASE , ANA, ENA profile , NCV -EMG reports and rest others also . The way you are telling history there is possibility of meralgia paraesthetica but there must be some reason the neurologists have not bought this idea .
Also tell any other history that is relevant to your case so that we get a better understanding and help you out .
Take care.

Hello Doctor,
I have attached all the important ones that you may like to check and sorry to say I don't understand the reports you requested. I have few precise questions.
1) Can you please advise what type of doctor should be able to diagnose my issue - Neurologist, Rhuemotologist, Ortho etc
2) Can you suggest one single hospital in XXXXXXX where I can be diagnosed completely and the doctors are reliable and be interested in getting to the root cause of the problem and not just experiment on me with different type of tests and medicines.
3) As said I have asthma and had gone through sinus surgery, my left side is have more pain than my right side, now when i sit and get up i cant walk normally by putting my feet on the floor and have to do some stupid moves.
4) Is there an xray or test that shows what is beneath my flesh where i feel the pain.
Kindly help as i dont want to end up in paralysis etc later.
Thanks,
XXXXXXXX

Dear Madam,
Thank you for reverting back.
Well I have gone through the reports you have sent , they havent detected any abnormality as far related to your present complaint . ESR was raised but its very non specific.
In my opinion you should see a physician first as he will examine you and then if he feels neurologist will be the one dealing with your issue .
In my knowledge Nizam institute of medical sciences is a world class institute that has got excellence in medicine . You should consult there .
MRI of your thighs can be done to see for myopathic changes but that your treating doctor will decide after examining you .
