Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your description there is possibility of urinary tract infection.
Probably cystitis and urethritis.
Better to consult urologist once, get examined and go for investigations like:
-Urine microscopy
-Urine culture and sensitivity
-Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
With this workup the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treated.
Meanwhile take plenty of water, around 3 to 4 liters a day and antispasmodic drugs to releive the pain.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.
