What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back And Burning Feeling During Urination?

Question: Hello Doctor Rynne
I have bad pain in my lower back, which I am not sure is from a muscle problem, although when I press on the area it doesn't hurt, or from my kidneys. I don't have any urination problem like burning when I pass urine, at this stage, but I can't straighten up properly when I walk cause it hurts. The pain is constant, and gets quite bad at times. I have had this for about a week or so now and I hope you can help.
Sincerely
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Get MRI scan done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
All this may be due to compression of spinal nerve or disc problem.
You need to get MRI scan of back where pain occurs and send me the report.
I want to see the present condition of your spinal nerves, intervertebral disc and soft tissues in that painful area.
Till then you can take aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day, pregabalin at night by discussing it with your doctor.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
Avoid pushing and pulling of heavy objects.
Apply painkiller ointment.
I hope you have got your answer.
Thanks.
Dr.Singh.
