Pain is more like cramping, but when I stand up or walk they are all the time and more like towing pain.
Pain is like radiating to belly button, but its like ray from down of scar area.
I feel light nauseous but no vomiting.
Maybe little bit constipation, harder to relieve.
No fever or chills.
No urinating problems.
Dindn't notice any unusual stomach noises.
No skin rashes or blisters in the area of my scar.

Brief Answer:
Scar tissue
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your answers to my questions.
The biggest concern after having surgery is scar tissue forming at the site of your incision. This is called adhesions and occur after any abdominal surgery. These adhesions can cause pain at the scar site and radiate into any area. Walking would make the pain worse as the tissue maybe adhered to muscle. There is no actually treatment other than going to surgery and cutting those adhesion but that may cause more adhesions in the future. I would recommend using a pain medication like ibuprofen or Tylenol to help reduce your pain.
If the adhesion gets severe it can block the bowels and cause bowel obstruction. This is an emergent situation and will require surgery to remove the blockage. To know if you have this you would have severe nausea and vomiting. You would also have severe pain and generally feel very sick.
I do not think at this time you have a blockage. I think you do have adhesions and that is causing your pain. Treat it with pain medication and if it worsens see your doctor
I hope I answered your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care questions and concerns
