Question: i am having severe pain in my neck upto head-back side. on 7th May i had food and then went for swiming. my trainer asked me to dive in the swiming pool. I did so, but when i came up, the pain started and it is continuing even today i.e., 8th May. Please help me have some remedy for the same.
