What Causes Severe Pain In Ring Finger Of Left Hand?

Tendonitis, fracture needs to be looked for
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
The medication that you are using for the back pain and fibromyalgia i.e gabapentin, naproxen also have a role in treating any associated inflammation and pain concerning your left ring finger. If it was a minor injury or a musculoskeletal or neuropathic pain then it should have responded to these medication. Tendonitis and stress fracture need to be ruled out. The finger needs to be examined for deformity , callus, cysts and ulceration. If the exam is normal and imaging investigations rule out a fracture then NSAIDs, muscle relaxants and physiotherapy can be advised accordingly.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
