Brief Answer:
Could be due to positioning during Colonoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX. Has the pain started recently or has it been since the Colonoscopy? Was any anesthesia given for the scopy? Pain as you desctibe is unlikely to be related to the Colonoscopy but could be due to the position you were lying in. It would still be a good idea to have it evaluated by your GP or Doctor. Is there any pain in the abdomen? Do let me know or see your Doctor. Take care.
