Brief Answer:
Get investigated and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Generalized fatigue and bodyache may be due to some nutrional deficiency or metabolic causes.
You should get blood investigation like sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin D, vitamin B 12, renal function test and liver function test, ESR and CRP.
Why taking atorvastatin? Sometimes it may cause myopathy causing muscular pain.
In depression too, fatigue is present.
You can take pregabalin or gabapentin for some relief along with calcium and vitamin D supplementation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
DO get back to me for further queries.
